About Fi

Fi is a qualified town planner with 20 years experience working as a planner and advisor in the both the public and private sectors in statutory and strategic planning in metropolitan and regional environments.

In 2007 she established Provincial Matters to work across the State to specialise in planning and policy projects for rural and regional areas.

Previous roles at Urbis as an Associate Director, provided experience in working on major projects around the state, including planning for growth areas, commercial and tourism development, project management and facilitation, and working in the urban design, property economics and social planning arenas.

With previous roles in State government - Manager for Planning and Development within the Loddon Mallee Region and as Acting Assistant Director of Regional Policy, Fi understands government policy and processes. She served as a member of Planning Panels Victoria for over 5 years.

Having also worked for Regional Development Victoria (RDV) on the Loddon Mallee Regional Strategic Plan she is experienced in project management and regional planning issues and initiatives.

With extensive experience in the facilitation and management of complex major planning projects around Victoria, Fi is a planning strategist who provides viable and sustainable outcomes for both private and public sector clients.
